After recent upgrade of JIRA filters are not working

Hello Team,

recently we have upgrade JIRA to 11.03 version. After that the filters are not working.

1. wrong display of the filter result (it gives me the list of all the issues)

2. no filter in left column - Gives error saying - Failed to retrieve favorite filters from server.

3. no buttons available to change filter - When filter is selected then the JQL box disappears

Check the logs on the instance your DC is running.

Or recreate the index.

We have performed reindexing, it didnt help.

What to check in logs exactly? We see 400 error.

That I can't tell you, tail the atlassian-jira.log an when accessing a filter, what is happening, or use developer mode in your browser and check the errors.
