After installing Jira-excel 3.6.0 connector, no data fetches from Jira to excel

Hi, I successfully used Jira-excel 3.5.2 connector. Then Jira version was updated (currently v7.10.2) and connector required to be updated from 3.5.2 to 3.6.0. After the upgrade the attempt to fetch happens, but the excel remains empty and not filled with the data from Jira.

Please assist to solve this issue.
