Hi,

I am evaluating JIRA tools. I have first installed JIRA software on my windows server and explored the functionality by creating user, project and issue. Later, i wanted to explore the functionality of JIRA service desk. For this, i have installed JIRA service desk by selecting the upgrade option during installation.

After this, not able to access the project anymore which i have created previously. when try to access the project, it is showing error code 500. Why am i getting this error? Am i missing something?

You may have damaged your installation.  The correct way to do it was "install JIRA Software and explore it", followed by "use the 'manage applications' action to add Service Desk to it".  Selecting an upgrade on a system that didn't need it, and has different applications in it is probably not a good idea.
