After Upgrading to 8.21.1, clicking on "View Customer Request" no longer works properly.

After Upgrading to 8.21.1, clicking on "View Customer Request" no longer takes us to the specific request. It takes us to the root customer portal for that specific Project. It is acting like it isn't redirecting properly. Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated.
