Adding to @Tomislav Tobijas point, that's a delivery failure from Google, not Jira. Your colleague's Gmail is trying to send an auto-reply to `notifications@atlassian.net` and timing out.
Check if she has an active vacation responder or an email forwarding rule triggering on Jira alerts.

From what I can determine, this isn't something that's coming from Atlassian side. If you have IT department can you reach out to them? They should be able to check why your mailing system is sending those notifications to this specific user. ✉️
