Advanced roadmap teams not visible in Jira teams

Hi,

I have created few teams in advanced roadmap (around 10 of them) but they are not visible in "Teams" in Jira cloud neither I am able to select them in a story. I did sync everything from my plan to Jira still the same. 

Please suggest

Hi @Mukesh Adwani 

There is a difference in the Team option and Teams in AR.

Teams in AR are shown via the custom field teams in the system, that can be set on screens.

I know about the Atlassian integration of both, but not every instance has this already.

You could contact Atlassian Support to see if they want to already enable this on your instance, but you need to be on premium or enterprise.
