Advanced Roadmaps: Color by Option does not list all labels nor components

In my Advanced Roadmap views, under View Settings, I'd like to apply colors to components and labels. However, when trying to add a certain label or component to a color, some labels/components don't come up in the list.

Is there a maximum number that is displayed only?

Hi Anna - Have you verified that the project(s) that are a part of the Roadmap have those Components? Remember Components are by project and not universal.

Hi John! Yes, I have one component in particular that I verified exists in my main project. However, in the View Settings for the colors, it shows the component from one of the other source projects only, not the one for my main project.

For testing purposes, I created a couple more components in my main project. one of them I can now see in the dropdown, other don't appear - but it could be that it's just taking a bit of time

That's possible. I would give it a few hours or even a day to see if they show up. It might be some type of syncing that has to take place for the roadmaps.
