Hi,
I am just wondering if Atlassian could send us advance notification of scheduled maintenance as our Jira was down for 15 mins and we are operating 24/7.

This is a user community, so we cannot speak to what Atlassian may be willing to do outside of their standard operating procedures.
Otherwise, per the following page, Atlassian sends notifications only if maintenance will occur outside their standard maintenance window times.

I totally agree, Roger. Even short downtime can cause big issues for 24/7 teams. I run a gaming site, , and I’ve faced similar problems. Advance maintenance alerts would really help everyone stay prepared.
