Administrator can't adjust worklog at any Issue status for the project

Hi all, I am an administrator of 3 projects, and for whatever reason, I cannot adjust the work log for the different users in one of them. I double-checked permission schemes, and the administrator has Delete Worklog permission. I can't figure out why it doesn't work. Deleting work logs in other projects is working correctly.

Check in each projects if you have "Delete All worklogs" / "Edit all Worklog" Permission

Hi, thank you! I checked and it says that Administrators has that permission:
