Even the support is not able to view the direct link.

Click "administrate" on the menus.

I have a feeling that page has changed id in 6.1, so you should use the admin menu option to find the new location

Near the top right. If it's not there, then you aren't an admin, and will need to contact your admin to be added to the groups

Define "unable to view"

Is it there and the option fails? Or there's no admin link at all on the menus?

If the second, then no, you're not an admin.
