Admin left and need a current employee to be granted their admin rights

Hello,

I recently started at this organization, and my predecessor has been gone a while, and no one has figured out how to get the admin rights and access they previously had. I utilized the AI support and was unable to do it that route. I need my director to have those rights and access, but we have been unsuccessful in our attempts in the last few months. 

Any insight or assistance is appreciated!

Contact support and use the Account Login and Email  Issues and they should be able to help you get admin access for your site.
