Our account admins are no longer w/ the company. How can we change admins if they are not able to do so?

Hi there- not that we can locate. I have an account login but no one that has access appear to be organization admins. The two that were previously on our account are no longer with the organization. I need to update our payment method but not sure how to do that without being the admin.

You should go ahead and open a support ticket with Atlassian to get the account recovered for you.

Moving forward, you should make sure there are at least two people with Jira Admin privileges at all times. :-)
