Admin group of users for permit only create issues type Bug

As admin I need to segment a group of users for permit only create issues type Bug.

Can you help me with this configuration?

I'm sure you have already followed the below steps as you mentioned to be the "Jira admin". If yes:

• Create a new group that only contains the few users who can create issues
• Create a new permission scheme, and grant this group the ability to create issues.
• Apply this permission scheme to that project.

Yes I did the above steps, but I need that the type of issue is equal to "Bug". The segmentation must be only for issue type Bug, no other types like user history, task, etc.
