Adding users to view pie chart gadgets

Hello Community, 

Would be great to get some tips on how should the admin of pie charts add me and my colleague to be able to view the charts, after having added us as a group, we could open the dashboard with these gadgets, still receiving:

Looks like we can't show you the content of this gadget due to its configuration.

• The filter could not be found. Check that it exists and that you have permission to see it
• ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
• Which actions should be taken to enable viewing the charts?

Hi @[deleted] ,

So there are a few thing to consider here:

1. Did you share the dashboard with the user group?
2. Did you share the filter(s) where the gadget is based upon share with the same group?
3. Does the group has browse permissions for all the issues of the filter?

If you have fixed these, you and your colleagues should be able to view the dashboard and pie charts.
