Dear Sir/Madam,
Maybe someone can help me with this:
We received a message, that Zephyr will be migrated on the 2nd of Februari 2019. See screenprint below. To make this work, we have to grant users to a group:
For preventing any issues that could occur during migration, could you please add users to groups:
When I have found the group nam, and want to grant access for users to it, the button 'Add members' does not work! I have to be a System Administrator to do so, which I am.
What is going wrongly here? Can anyone help me on this?
Hi,
I found the instructions at the following website worked: https://qmetrysupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/QTMJ/pages/901154894/Steps+for+Granting+global+Browse+User+and+Groups+permission+to+atlassian-addons-admin.
Hello Max,
Thank you for getting in touch with Atlassian Community!
As per I could understand on the email, you just need to add the user to the "Browser users and groups" permission on Global permissions.
Related to the group, if you add any user to this group, they will be set as system administrators.
Note that system administrators permission are restricted only to Atlassian and add-ons.
Regards,
Angélica

Dear Angélica,
Many thanks for your reply. Much appreciated!
I have tried to solve this for myself, but unfortunately I cannot get it done.
Here the steps, which I have followed to get it done:
1. In Jira Administration I searched for Groups. There i wanted to add the group: ''Atlassian-addons-admin''. Then I got a message, that it already exists. See screenshot-1
2. When I try to find the group, in Groups, there is no such group as 'atlassian-addons-admin' shown there. That is why the message appear at step 1 (screenshot-1).
3. When I browse to Confluence, Global access Groups, I find 'atlassian-addon-admin' permission is set to not active? The site is in Dutch, but when you looking to your own site of Jira, you will able to see the same. See sreenshot-2.
4. When I want to change the access for these groups, by using the 'change access' button in the upper right corner (see screen shot 2), I get screen shot 3, where I cannot adjust anything?
5. I am logged in as administrator and Site access. What is going wrong here, and what do i do wrong? Apologize when I am complete wrong here, but my knowledge is not as good with the Atlassian products as you may think, because I am not using the products at all, only maintaining users and trying to solve issues such as this one.
Hope you can help me again, and feel free to give help in steps, what I should do to make e it work.. That's better for me to understand, and then I can follow the steps one by one.
Thanks in advance and for your great help!
Best regards,
Max Wilken
