Adding users to a group

Karim_Mutawi
January 9, 2020

I need to add all my JIRA users to a group, but every time I click on Add Members I can only see 20 users.

How can I add all the members in my organization to one group.

PS: I do not have AD connected to it.

Thanks.

Hi @Karim_Mutawi

Try this and let me know how it goes

  1. Go to the Groups page
  2. For the group that you want to add the users, click on Edit Members
  3. Under the "Add members to selected group(s)" section click on the small icon next to the box
  4. Here you will be able to select the users using the checkbox

Hello @Adrian Stephen

Thanks for your replay,

I don't have anything next to the Add Members.

Kindly check the screen shot.
