Adding users to Atlas does not work

Nikola Nedoklanov
May 2, 2024

I am an owner of an Atlas project.
I added a new contributor to the project but they don't appear in the list. Nor can they navigate to the project.

When I try to add them again, I get a message saying they're already added to the project. Nevertheless they don't appear in the list of users.

Looks like a bug.

Hi @Nikola Nedoklanov

Atlassian Atlas is very much a beta project hence why it's included. It does sound like you found a bug and I would recommend clicking the request assistance button and submitting it to Atlassian.  A lot of the features of Atlas are being integrated directly into Jira over the coming months which should lead to additional documentation. Trying to find documentation on Atlas it is mostly posts of users asking questions in the community I could find due to its beta(or earlier) nature

Best,

Clark
