Could you share more details on the issue you are encountering? Is your screen freezing while adding a comment? Or are you trying to add a large comment and while you are adding, you are unable to scroll down to see older comments?

Thank you! Currently, when adding a comment in draft/edit mode covering the screen, it'll restrict the visibility of other comments in Jira tickets. And in some cases, the other comments won't be visible.

We have a feature request for the same to improve it
