Adding new user does not work

Hi,

As an Admin I'm adding/inviting users to our Jira instance. For some reason adding one email does not work. Other email addresses with same domain are nicely added and come to the list with status invited, but this one specific is not added to the list. The user gets an invitation by email and can accept the invitation, but still it is not shown as a user.

What can be the issue?

Please check if account with this email is not suspended/deactivated in your org.

It is in use. And like written, the invite is sent and the user has even accepted the invite.
