Adding existing issue to epic in Next-Gen project

How can I add an existing issue to an epic in a next-gen project?

This used to be super easy (clicking the 3 dots in an issue and select add to epic) but now I can only find the possibility for adding an issue to an epic in the roadmap section. 

Any ideas/suggestions?

Hello @JosMulder 

You can do it in the backlog view of the board as well, by click on "change parent issue" in the issue detail view of story.

Jira has changed the wording I guess. It was 'epic' and it is now indeed 'bovenliggend issue'.

Personally, I don't think "bovenliggend issue" makes lot of sense, it's literal dutch translation of "parent issue", whereas "epic" is just more intuitive for all language users.,
