I have some attachments to add to a ticket that are of an external nature. For example, i want to attach an image or video but i will only have a URL to send to the API. How can i send it via a POST operation?
This is an old question but yes, I'd like a solution to this as well. One would think that within 6 years of this being asked that it would had been answered at some level.
