Adding an Email to an Issue

Hello,

When I create an issue I would like the ability to drag and drop an email into the issue to capture it.

Is there a way to easily do this? Does this require an add-on?

Hello Mike,

You can't just drag and drop an email to an issue to capture it, but you can use this plugin  https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.metainf.jira.plugin.emailissue to make the operation easier.

Hello, It looks like there are several plugins that work with emails, is there a place that shows the difference? We want to be able to either create an issue from outlook or add an email to an existing issue via drag and drop. Thanks
