Adding a user picker field in Jira Kanban Board

Hi there,

Is it a possibility to add a user picker field to filter the issues shown on a kanban board?

We currently have 10+ staff, and creating each of them could be tedious to set-up via Quick filters when configuring a Kanban board.

I'm afraid not, you'll need to write/configure your quick filters each time. I'd have a look at swimlane by assignee too, that might help?
