Adding a user and the user does not recieve an invitation

I have added a user and the user does not recieve an invitation to join Jira - what can be done ?

Hi @Anat Shimony ,

An email address on your domain beginning with 'h' recently returned this error to our mail service:

550: 550 sorry, no mailbox here by that name. (#5.1.1)

When we get an error like this, future deliveries to that address are paused. It's possible if this was a new employee, their email address wasn't ready to receive mail at the time the invitation was sent.

I've cleared the error out. If you resend the invitation now, our mail service will attempt to deliver it again. Let me know if this user still doesn't receive the email after that and we'll check the mail logs again.
