Adding a tests to testset using xray api

I want to add a tests to testset using xray API. I heard that it is not possible through Jira rest api.
Can anyone send me the xray api link. If possible send me the api doc.

Also can you give me any example

This is the xray documentation of their API:

As you already mentioned the rest API is not capable of this functionality.

Nevertheless: The GraphQL API can do this work. The following link might be what you are looking for:

Yes I changed the endpoint but it was not possible add test steps

I am using the Xray plugin for Jira.

I think I read somewhere, that this is only possible in the cloud solution of Xray
