Adding a Link to a Confluence Page within a Issue Collector

We have been trying to embed a link to a confluence page within the issue collector message section or anywhere we can, but all attempts have failed. We have added this issue collector to our confluence page  using the HTML page macro. I have tried using <a href and <div. I can add the link directly in the issue collector form message section (image below), but I can not change the link so that it just says "Workflow Guidance".

Any ideas for adding a link within the issue collector would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Hi @SMAtlassianMber

It doesn't seems possible to make this accept HTML syntax as we are embedding this directly. In addition, this is also not possible through the "Message" field as this would input this as plain text rather than HTML. Therefore you may either want to specify this as you have currently done with the full link without having a <a href tag or by specifying the <a href out the form, before the button to click to get to the Issue Collector. Therefore users will be informed of this link before linking on the button.

Thank you for the update. As far as adding a link within the custom field description is that also not an option? workflow field desc.PNG
