Adding a GitHub repository from toolchain is showing repos from the wrong GitHub account

I do see a list of repositories but they are from a GitHub account that is no longer associated.  I changed the GitHub account in settings and it refreshed the repositories list.  Go back into a project, settings, toolchain, add code repository, and it still shows repos from the old GitHub account.
