My company stellantis uses this Jira system.  We create many Jiras and add supplier to the Jiras to add comments and load files.  One of my suppliers now does not have access to old and even new jiras.  It appears that projects CDA, DDT/CDD, EFD Builder, Engineer ECU Flash support, Engineering Security Support, Service Flash Release and Service tool Proxi and Conf support are not available to him.  Does the Atlassian community help in this type of request?

Hello @Jerry Tomlin

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

We are a community of users of our own Jira instances. We can't directly access your instance to fix your problem, but we can ask you questions to help diagnose the problem and advise you on fixing it.

By "add supplier" do you mean that you are granting access to your Jira to these "suppliers"? If so...

Are those users able to login to your Jira system?

Are they accessing Service Management projects as customers, or are they licensed users that see the same interface as your internal users?

Are they able to access any issue data at all?

What happens if they try to access the projects you mention?

Are they assigned to Roles in the project, either as individuals or as members of a user group?

Can you check the Permissions for the project(s) and ensure that the Roles or User Groups to which the suppliers are assigned have access to Browse Projects in the permissions for the affected projects?
