you can do all these changes, for some of them you'll get a warning prompt that you can choose to ignore.
Changes in scope and/or estimation will be reflected in the Sprint Reports.
Regarding the "Scrope creep", it's certainly not ideal to constantly change the scope of a Sprint. If you notice you start pullling Stories out the Backlog every Sprint, you can probably just start with more Stories/Story points to begin with. That's method though, not tool.
