Adding Original Estimate and Time tracking to a story

Hi When we use the Kanban Board it has fields for each of the tasks Original Estimate and Time Tracking.

When we have the project setup with sprint and release I wanted to have those same fields Original Estimate and Time Tracking both available for stories and tasks.
