Adding Jira issue in Confluence page comment won't auto-link them

When Jira issue is added on a Confluence page (from Insert -> Jira Issue menu), then on that Jira issue a backlink is created back to that Confluence page, where Jira issue was mentioned.

However, when mentioning Jira issue in a page comment, then backlink to a page/comment isn't automatically created.
