I added status NEW to project workflow and tickets not showing in backlog view. The filter is set to include tickets will all status values, but tickets with status = NEW appear to be filtered out. IF I filter on status = NEW only, then the tickets correctly show up.
How to fix this problem? I thought I may need to re-index but that is no longer a feature.

Assume this is a CMP project? Is New mapped to backlog? Board settings > columns
