Added description in the Custom Field Details but not reflect in the form

Hello,

We need to add more description in the existing custom filed. Existing words are found in the Custom Filed Details, to which I have added some more words. However, those words do not appear in the form. Do I need to update some other field to reflect the same?

Let me share the screenshots below:

1. Added "only if 'No' is selected above" in the Field Name of Edit Custom Field Details

2. After updated above, the form does not show the added text of "only if 'No" is selected above".

Check for any other field and see if it's working

We have some other fields to add more descriptions in Field Name and result was same (Added description do not appear in the form). I'll go for raising a ticket.
