Added Resolution is not getting displayed in the dropdown

I had added few resolution drop down using the "View Resolution" screen and not all options are getting displayed in the issue screen.. Can someone help me in getting all the options from the "View Resolution" screen to the issue screen?

Can you share a little more information and maybe a screenshot? Where did you add the value?

The others one are probably there - you just have to type part of the name for them to show up. That happens in other places in Jira. Not good of the user is not aware of the names though. Try typing one of the names that is lower in the list and see if it comes up.

Sorry for late reply. I tried typing in the drop down and the value is not there.

Can you try it in an advanced search? Type in resolution = and see if it comes up in the list there or if you type it in.

One wild guess would be that for the workflow that is being used someday in the past a value for jira.field.resolution.exclude and/or jira.field.resolution.include has been set as per https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/workflow-properties-776636709.html
