Add users to jira to have only view option for current sprint and backlog

Hi!

hope you can help me. I would like to add some users to jira to have only view option (without adding issues to sprint, editing anything) - to have view for current sprint and backlog list

Is it possible? how to do it?

Hi @Daria Sokolowska ,

Welcome to the community. 

You could create a role, viewer for example. Then you give this role only the browse project permission. Then you just have to add the users to the role.

Please note, that you need jira administrator permissions to create the role and change the permission scheme.
