Add user without access to admin area

Hello, 

Installing Confluence I messed up and used same jira db to install, and now I have no access to jira, cannot login with any of the admin users.

There is a way to add a user or create a new one without that access?

thanks for your answer, I already landed there but this sentence is failing: 

insert into cwd_user values (999999,1,'localadmin','localadmin',1,'2012-01-04 19:49:05-08','2012-01-04 19:49:05-08','local','local','admin','admin','local admin','local admin','localadmin@localadmin.com','localadmin@localadmin.com','uQieO/1CGMUIXXftw3ynrsaYLShI+GTcPS4LdUGWbIusFvHPfUzD7CZvms6yMMvA8I7FViHVEqr6Mj4pCLKAFQ==',NULL,NULL);

 because this is missing one field.

BUT IGNORE ME, I just realized (writting this answer that) my current cwd_user schema is wrong because it is the confluence cwd_user schema, not the jira one.

Thanks so much, I'll install jira in a vm and copy from there the current schema, if it works, I'll tell if not too ;)
