Add system priority filed on screen jira 4.0.2

Hi Experts,
How can I add system priority filed on screen? I am using Jira 4.0.2.
Once I will create an issue the priority will display on the left side of the issue.

The answer is almost in the question - you put the priority field on the Jira screens you need.
