Add fields to a project and enabling attachments

Hello,

I'm trying to add the following fields to my project; Project:

Issue type:
Summary:
Component:
Environment:
Labels:
Open date:
Close date:
Assign:
Description:
Attachment:
Comment:
Reporter:

But cannot seem to find those fields in the project possible fields

Also, would like to know how to enable attachments for Project management

Most of these are system fields which would appear by default, as long as you've set up the screen and field configurations correctly. Most notable - you can't actually get rid of issue tyep and summary, so I'm a bit lost on why you think you can't add them.

The rest of them are pretty straightforward too.
