Add external user

I wanna know how i can add external users in one project.

Hi Paulo - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You will need to have Site Administrator privileges, but go to Settings > User Management and add the user there. You will need to invite them. 

I would then create a new group called External Users or something like that and add them to the new group. 

Then you can control permissions in the permission scheme for each project for Browse Project permissions.
