Add comment to issue via email doesn't work

Hello,

i'm currently using Raley plugin to manage notifications, basically once the ticket status change it sends an email to one of our mail folder.

In certain projects i need to automatically add the received email as a comment to the specific ticket, so i created an email handler in Jira to do that for me.

So now, i modified the plugin to send an email to the main folder, and a BCC to the email handler (they're differend email address):

The email is received correctly and as i can see the email is handled (since Jira deletes the email once properly handled) but the email is not added as a ticket.

The handler is: Add a comment with the entire email body.

Our Jira version is:  8.6.0.

The email subject contains the issue id but not at the begin of the subject, it's like: "[JIRA] TEST - ISSUE ID - ETC"

Is there anything i can check to see what's the exact error? 

Do you have any idea?

EDIT: I already gave permissions to add comment to that project.
