Use Case: We're in the transition from jira server to jira cloud. We're not going to migrate out jira issues from server to cloud, so we need a way for users to have access to both jiras tickets info on a single screen. We thought of using jira gadgets for this. We can't use app links

Issue: We can successfully add jira cloud gadget into a jira server dashboard, however no issues are returned. The gadget on server is however able to "see" jira cloud filters which are open to the public. This points to that no authentication is passed from server to cloud

Question: Is there a way to pass authentication in these gadgets scenario, maybe in the gadget xml link itself, or by a whitelist in the jiras
