Add attachments to issues automatically after the creation transition

Hello community,

currently we have this challenge.

A user is creating an normal issue in JIRA.

After the create transition from this issue we need a function to add a attachment(currently a word document) to this issue automatecly. 

Do you have ideas?

From where? Standard attachment? From user's computer? Same for all issues? You need to provide more info. Offhand I'd say no without adding a plugin or script. Even then JIRA may not have enough information if from user's machine
