I have added a custom field called "HDK Reference" of type "Insight Object/s" to my Jira project. In Jira create issue screen, using this custom field "HDK Reference" the user is able to select one object from the object type "HDK" held in Insight. On the view screen in Jira i'm able to see the object attributes, for example the attribute values for "HDK Unit Reference" and "HDK Agency".
In Jira, when I go to the search for issues screen, I can see the "HDK Reference" is there and it only shows the label attribute "HDK Unit Reference". I'm not able to add as a column the "HDK Agency" attribute from Insight. How can I get the "HDK Agency" attribute to appear as a column in my Jira Search for Issues in addition to the "HDK Reference" column that is already there?
Please note, the user has to select one object for "HDK Reference" when the issue is created in Jira, so the attribute values should be available based on this selection. I'm also able to use the Insight JQL attributeValue function when I search for issues in Jira using the "HDK Agency" attribute - so I can see Jira can access the attribute, however, I want to be able to see this attribute as a column in the search for issue screen and use it when I create filters for dashboards.
Any help or guidance would be appreciated.
