Add an actual results to a test object in JIRA

I am new to JIRA. I have created a test. The Test is created with three items: Steps, Data and Expected Result. Recently I created a test that failed during execution. I need to be able to add a column to each step that records the Actual Results.  This way I can document the Expected Results and the Actual Results (the failure).

Surely this product allows the addition (customization) of the a fourth column (Actual Results).

Can someone show me how to do this?
