Add Text renderers to JIRA for formatting descriptions and comments with actively used languages

Hi All,

Can we add support for various text renderers to JIRA, to improve readability of input?

Can we add all languages, or at least the following:

• C#
• CSS
• HTML
• JSON
• Python
• XML

How to we achieve this.
