Is it possible to add the ticket summary rather than just the ticket number to the notices sent by Jira when using the "@name" in the comments section? If users are traveling or not at our desk to open JIRA and figure out which ticket, the emails don't mean much. Account Management has no idea which ticket they are updating or asking us for info on. An example email is attached

@kpuralasetty , This can be done. You will need to update the Velocity templates that Jira uses for the emails it sends. Check this article out as a starting point. There are two separate templates so follow the link for the one you want to change.
