Hello,
I am trying to add self signed SSL certificate to Jira and Confluence. However I have problem in Application Links. It shows bellow message:
The remote certificate can't be trusted
Confluence may be using a self-signed SSL certificate or a certificate that was issued by a certificate authority that isn't known locally.
I tried to add certificate to trusted root certificate like this article https://confluence.atlassian.com/kb/how-to-import-a-public-ssl-certificate-into-a-jvm-867025849.html?_ga=2.260350734.264026594.1533044157-506897528.1530533573
But still have same error.
Could you help me to check it?
Thank you very much.
Thanh

As a next step, I would recommend following the article below to troubleshoot:
To help you, I would review the logs in Confluence and Jira to see what other error messages the SSL might be generating.
Let us know if you have any trouble.
