Add SMTP Mail Server with Jira OnDemand

I'm using Jira OnDemand and trying to add SMTP mail server.

But I can't find SMTP stuff under Syetem menu.

it seems that I can't do this because I'm just admninistrator (Not Sysadmin~!)

Could you tell men how can i add SMTP mail server with Jira OnDemand or how to get sysadmin password?

You won't get the system admin password, that's restricted to the OnDemand Admins

You don't get an SMTP link because that is for system admins only.

And... you don't need to fiddle with SMTP because OnDemand already has one, fully configured and ready to send. Just configure your notification schemes and it'll work fine.
