Add Pre-Defined Fields to Backlog Issue Creation in Jira

Last week I created a pre-defined description content for new issues that we are creating in Messaging Platform. When you click on Create button on Jira it adds the proper fields (Context, Problem statement, Acceptance Criteria) as it should. Nevertheless, when I want to create an issue in Backlog of the project it doesn't work. Could you add this fields also for issue that we create from backlog using "Create issue" button?
