Add Parent Link to Epic based of custom fields

Hello verybody

I want it to select the parent link based on a few custom fields.

I have created a rule, but unfortunately it does not work. Can anyone help me?

Error is probably with the "Edit Issue"

As the audit log mentions, try to un-check "Only include issues that have changed since the last time this rule executed", and wait for the Rule to run again. Please let us know if that works.

Hi @Leena Pratheepan ,

Does the "Audit Log" of the automation rule give any hints of where it breaks?

You can use the "Log Action" to print out the values prior to the "Edit Issue" to print out the list of tickets where the edit action will run.
